The Morsø 7110 Viking woodburning stove is designed with Scandinavian simplicity. Sharp edges and straight lines are combined with classical elements such as the horizontal design and distinct profiles in the top and bottom plates. Whether you have a contemporary-designed home or a traditional one, the Morso 7110 Viking wood burning stove will seamlessly blend in to make your home cozy and warm.
The Morsø 7110 Viking woodburner, like all Morsø cast iron stoves has a very large glass panel without any distracting cast iron bars in front on the glass and a superior air wash system to keep the glass clean for an unobstructed view of the fire. The Morso 7110 Viking has an advanced combustion system that emits 7kW of energy.
The stove is designed with one door for ease of loading and also has a separate door for ash pan removal. Constructed to use pre-heated secondary as well as tertiary air to ensure the cleanest burn possible, the Morso 7110 Viking also comes with single air control for ease of operation, standard rear and bottom heat shields, reversible flue collar, as well as a standard heavy duty ash pan.
The sides of the Morso 7110 Viking are embellished with a symbol from the Viking era. In Scandinavia the symbol is known as "Saint Johannes Shield", and it is believed to offer the household protection from all evil. This symbol appears on numerous finds from around 1,000 AD, such as the Runic Stones in Jelling that were erected around 960 AD and refers to King Harald Bluetooth, the king who brought Christianity into Denmark.
