  • Glass Fibre woven Stove Rope, suitable for doors and lids on solid fuel stoves & boilers, used with fixatives.
  • Clean away old stove rope & remove any loose/flakey metal from locating channel.
  • Apply rope fixative following instructions on container.
  • Press Stove Rope firmly into channel.
  • Cut rope with scissors to finish with an end to end butt joint.
  • Allow 15 minutes before closing doors. The heat from the appliance will do the rest.
  • PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE POSTAGE

Hi, what type & thickness of stove rope is required for a Charnwood Country 6 door seal? Thanks, Dom

Sorry we do not have a Country 6 in stock at present but looking at our other Charnwood models we have (C6,7,etc) they have 10 mm soft or possibly 8mm hard, sorry to be vague.  i hope that helps a little.

We can order a Country 6 door seal set including adhesive for £30.78 plus postage direct from Charnwood.

What size would I nee for a Jotul F100 stove?

Hi There,

Rope Door size 9.4mm pack 9mm soft 2metres glass 6.4mm 7mm soft.  Jotul do packs for both the door and glass seals, but they are in 5m packs.  We do 10mm soft rope if it is for the door.

Perhaps give us a ring and we can sort it out over the phone.
